Jana Jacobs, D.O. – Earned her medical degree from the University Of Health Sciences College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, MO.  She completed her residency in Family Practice at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City.  Her special medical interests include women’s health, disease prevention and smoking cessation.  Dr. Jacobs is the mother of three daughters and the grandmother of four.  Dr. Jacobs is a devoted mother and grandmother and also enjoys traveling.
